             F.O.F. Feast or Famine, Friends of Freaks, Four Old Farts … etc. These are some of the names that you have sent us. Well it’s been a year that we have been kickin’ your ass w/ Rock-n-Roll. F.O.F. Has had a blast.  A pretty simple formula: If you get the girls out to the bar and they dance, that brings in the guys. Then the guys drink and the registers get fat. That keeps the owner happy and your band gets asked back to perform again. This is what F.O.F. does. Many questions have been put forth. How come you don’t play every weekend ? Easy Family, Work, and time is always working against ya.
